Respectfully, We Offer The Following Political Opinion : The 1787 European Utrecht Court In England vs Spain Concluded That Indigenous Peoples Of Turtle Island North Are Paramount Owners Of Land, Sky, Waters Titles As First And Sustained Governors. In 2009, HTG vs Canada At IACHR Decided That Indigenous Land Title Matters Can Proceed To International Judicial Bodies In Absence Of First Proceeding Through Canadian Courts. Therefore, ICC / ICJ / UNSC, IACHR / EUHRC Are Available. The Airey vs Ireland Decision Confirmed That Individuals Are Entitled To Require The State (I.E., Canada) To Provide State Adequate Funding To The Complainant (I.E., BR FN) For Retaining Competent Legal Counsel Of Their Choice. It Appears That Blueberry Reserve (Beyond Agreements In Place, Which May Be Determined As Void) Peoples Could Enforce The CONSENT Standard instead of the CONSULT Standard.
